Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible
for supervision and training of individuals with developmental
disabilities. Works closely with Case Manager & Program Manager to
assist individuals in the development of their skills to their full
potential, and foster their independence in a positive and caring
manner. Completes required documentation. DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Use the established methodology for achieving
client goals and track progress. Provides care, supervision,
instruction and/or job coaching for the individuals we serve,
services might be provided in person, remotely or in the community.
Participates in weekly online videos. Development of activities,
curriculum and schedules for programming in person or remotely.
Assists the Case Manager in implementation of the Individual
Service Plans (ISP's)/Individual Habilitation Component (IHC) and
provides documentation as directed by the Program Manager. Assists
with personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and ambulation needs as
needed. Accurately and legibly evaluates and documents the
individuals’ progress through daily charting and log notes in
client electronic file. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or
general education degree (GED). Prefer three to six months of
related experience working with developmentally disabled
individuals or other special populations. Must possess valid
California Drivers License. Requires ability to pass background
check, physical, Tb and drug test. Must be able to push and pull up
to 50 pounds. Must be able to use computer for daily notes,
creation of YouTube videos and video conference. Please Note: We do
