position where eight out of every ten days you will be able to make
a difference with children affected by autism from your home
office. However, to ensure the highest quality standards, we
require you to travel two days every two weeks to your assigned
market to foster stronger relationships with your clients, their

of our ABA team, you'll lead family-centered therapy for children
with autism and guide the success of your clinical team. Your

ensure consistent, high-quality services. Assessment & Planning:
Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence-based
treatment plans. Family Training: Empower caregivers with ABA
strategies through regular training sessions. Collaboration:
Partner with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic
