succeed. Role Overview We are looking for an Experienced Sales
Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll sell
high-value home improvement services, leveraging our comprehensive
training, high-quality products, and proven processes. This
position is ideal for someone with a track record in high-ticket
sales who excels at building relationships, overcoming objections,
and achieving goals. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
targets. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients,
understand their needs, and present customized solutions. Objection
Handling: Confidently address concerns and guide customers to close
deals effectively. Seasonal Strategy: Develop and implement
strategies to sustain high performance, even in off-peak seasons.
Product Expertise: Master product knowledge to clearly communicate
the value and benefits of our offerings. Relationship Building:
Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and
referrals. What You Bring Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in
high-ticket sales with a track record of success. Self-Motivation:
A driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work
independently. Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in addressing
objections and finding innovative solutions to close sales.
Seasonal Resilience: Strong adaptability to capitalize on seasonal
sales opportunities. Willingness to Learn: Openness to coaching and
implementing company sales strategies. Customer-Centric Approach:
Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and lasting client
