Reconciles the quantity variances report, monthly.
Communicates with locations and helps them resolve
Advises locations on inventory transactions.
Enters cost changes into the computer system and reconciles cost
variances created by these changes.
Organizes inventory adjustment documents for the inventory
Reviews cost variance items of significance with the inventory
analyst and the business units.
Maintains Oracle/Agvance system and inventory setups.
Communicates and advises locations on costing problems created by
Reports unresolved discrepancies to leadership each month.
Performs general administrative duties as needed such as typing,
Participates in year-end inventory counts.
Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
Education and experience needed for this position
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Five years of related work experience is required.
Must pass a drug test and background check.

The work environment for this position is that of a typical office
environment where the noise level is mostly quiet. This position
requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to
talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required
