Job Description:

Our company is looking for an energetic and reliable professional to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when appropriate. Our Customer Service Representatives often serve as the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities:

* _Answer the phone._
* _Provide an efficient and friendly customer service experience._
* _Provide appropriate responses to customer inquiries and concerns._
* _Enter information into database._
* _Meet daily schedule deadlines._
* _Handle common customer issues._
* _Coordinate work with other departments._

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
