Job Description Job Description Fishman, Larsen, & Callister ,
an established law firm located in Northeast Fresno, is seeking a
full-time Litigation Secretary to help support the
Employment/Litigation area of its practice. This impactful position
will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative
duties including client correspondence, calendaring, and report
preparation. If you are detail oriented, collaborative, and able to
prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear
from you! Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):
Managing attorneys' calendars, dockets, and appointments; Preparing
correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents; Preparing
documents for court and other legal proceedings; Preparing
documents for attorney review; Supporting and cross-training with
other legal secretaries; Communicating effectively with clients
both verbally and in writing. Qualifications : 3 years litigation
experience; Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities;
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with partner
agencies; Ability to take ownership and being accountable for
projects; Ability to plan for and adhere to established deadlines;
Experience maintaining strict confidentiality; Strong sense of
respect for self and for others; Proficiency with Microsoft Word,
Excel and Outlook; Experience with Prolaw, Tabs and Practice Master
preferred; and, Paralegal certificate by a program approved by the
American Bar Association a plus. Position offers a competitive
salary between $29-$38 per hour with benefits including Medical,
