Trainee Responsibilities: Serve as the key liaison between
customers and our services Meet with costumes to to discuss
services and product options available to them Assist customers in
selecting telecommunication solutions that match their needs Set up
customer accounts and facilitate delivery, installation, and
activation of selected services Provide exceptional customer
support to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty Participate in
ongoing sales and management training development
