The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for seasonal Banquet Bartenders to join us at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events while providing an excellent guest experience. What will you do? * Set up a portable bar with all the appropriate items * Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions * Maintain bar supplies and glassware, and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available * Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests * Ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift More about you * No high school diploma or GED required * Must be at least 21 years of age * Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience * Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required * Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system is required Physical requirements * Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions * Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally * Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends Who we are Tenaya Lodge is a 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park.
