Newly established medical practice network with a growing presence in California is seeking medical dermatologists with a strong clinical background to include an interest in treating NMSC with the latest non-invasive technology (eBx) as well desire to do to do excisions and assist in MOHS. Ideal candidates would be devoting seventy (70%) percent plus of their time to medical dermatology and the rest to cosmetics. The network has three (3) well established and profitable practices in the Central Valley communities of Hanford, Visalia and Porterville, California. Each practice location has been modernized with new EMA electronic medical record systems along with new state of the art practice management systems from Nextech. Additionally, cosmetic updates have been done to each office location. What makes these positions so attractive is that the date to date management of the practices are handled by the networks affiliated practice management company; freeing the physicians from the day to day of headaches of running a business. All three (3) locations are within easy driving distance of places of entertainment, recreational and cultural interest: Los Angeles and San Francisco " less than 4 hours either direction Sequoia National Park " less than 1 hour Yosemite National Park " less than 2 hours Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe " 5 hours Closer at hand is Fresno which offers fine dining, excellent shopping and an array of cultural activities. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: Negotiable and is based on fulltime (5 days 8am " 5pm) Bonus Plan: Based on achieving productivity goals. Health and Dental Insurance: On a cost share basis.
