Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 4 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 months. • Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. • Acute care experience is required. • BSN completion preferred Requirements: • Candidates must have a California license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Shift & Scheduling: Call Required: Placed on call if excessive staffing, or low patient census Weekend Coverage: Scheduled based off need Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
