Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities Our
multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield ,
a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a
full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ENT Physician to join
our team in Bakersfield, California. If you’re eager to practice

matters, we want to hear from you! Practice Highlights : Join an
experienced ENT in a collaborative, supportive group setting
Full-scope practice, including outpatient clinic, outpatient
surgery center, and hospital consults Focus primarily on adult
cases, with occasional pediatric cases Emphasis on high-quality
care rather than patient volume Dedicated MA team to streamline
workflow and enhance patient care Collegial, team-oriented
environment Opportunity to precept medical students and share your

Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $475,000–$500,000 per year
Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and

cap-exempt candidates Job Requirements MD or DO degree,
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA) A
valid and unrestricted California medical license DEA Certification
