Job Description Echo Tech Lead Location: [Porterview, CA] Pay: $46.47 – $65.05 per hour Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (with 3 years of echo experience) Eligible for employee referral bonus CoreHire About the Role We are looking for an experienced Echo Tech to step into a leadership role as our Echo Tech Lead. This is a working lead position, meaning you’ll perform echo procedures while also supervising and supporting the team. What You’ll Do Perform and oversee all echo procedures Supervise and schedule technologists Support and train staff on techniques and equipment Maintain equipment and ensure quality control Collaborate with physicians and other departments to provide excellent patient care Help with daily operations and regulatory compliance Who We’re Looking For At least 1 year of echo experience required (3 years preferred for sign-on bonus) ARDMS certification preferred Current BLS certification required Strong leadership and teamwork skills Passion for patient safety and comfort Why Join Us?
