Pharmacist Location: San Luis Obispo, CA Agency: Windsor
Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. Pay: $3,503 per week Shift
Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 3/8/2026 About the Position description : Verify and
fills orders for medications, monitors patient medication
therapies, provide drug information, identifies and troubleshoots
potential medication safety hazards, documents all interactions for
medical review, and supervises and directs support personnel.
requirement : Variable Shift, 10 hour shifts 0600 - 1630 or 1030 -
2100. Schedule is as needed. Can expect to be scheduled 2-3
weekends per month. total of 4 shifts per week. Need Cerner
experience. Prefer an IV certification like Critical Point. 2-3
years of hospital experience required.Education and Work of school
of pharmacy: RequiredDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree:
PreferredOne year's technical experience: PreferredInpatient
clinical pharmacy experience: PreferredLicenses/ license in the
state of practice: RequiredAll licensures and certifications needed
to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level:
