Job Description Job Description Location: Fresno, CA Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week (8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts) Position Overview A well-established urgent care clinic in the Fresno, CA area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for NPs who are confident managing acute care needs independently and enjoy working with patients across the lifespan. A minimum of one year of post-training NP experience is required. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages with a wide range of urgent and acute conditions Perform standard urgent care procedures including: Suturing & wound care Splinting Incision & drainage Basic orthopedic care Collaborate with on-site NP, PA, or physician when needed Conduct workers’ compensation physicals and complete appropriate documentation Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care Maintain clinical excellence and adhere to established protocols Schedule & Requirements Clinic open 7 days/week (8 AM–8 PM) Full-time: 40 hours/week Must be able to work four weekend shifts per month Must be DOT certified or willing to obtain after hire Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Minimum 1 year NP experience in urgent care, ER, family medicine, or primary care Active California NP license & DEA Strong procedural skills Ability to practice autonomously in a fast-paced setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Malpractice coverage 401(k) Paid vacation & sick leave CME allowance Warm regards, Manish Parashar Recruiter, The Provider Finder 843-984-0745 www.theproviderfinder.com manish@theproviderfinder.com
