Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Bishop, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,234 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Bishop, California, 93514! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Current State License as a Registered Nurse required Certifications: Fetal Monitoring Certification, BLS, NRP Must-Have: - Graduate of School of Nursing - BSN/BA preferred - One year of labor experience required or completed extended orientation period, up to a year, meeting all expectations for no labor experience. - Must be comfortable stabilizing babies - Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification within 6 months of hire - Gnosis annual assessment of EFM principles within 3 months of hire Description: The Registered Nurse renders collaborative nursing care via the defined department Method of Practice to a caseload of patients for an assigned shift. Care is delivered in accordance with the medical staff practitioner’s treatment plan. The RN is committed to promoting the health potential of the patient through the implementation of the nursing process. The RN demonstrates the ability to delegate appropriately and direct staff in the coordination and delivery of care. Responsibilities include assuming responsibility for the appropriate utilization of care resources. The RN also demonstrates positive interpersonal relationships with others in problem resolution. Must be sensitive to the needs of patients, families, and fellow employees. This position includes tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. The RN interprets the appropriate life span needs of patients and provides appropriate population-based care according to identified populations and age groups.
