Job Description:
Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking
a dedicated Fellowship Assistant Program Director to join our
dynamic team. This role is critical in shaping the future of
healthcare professionals in fields such as emergency medicine,
hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute
psychiatry. The ideal candidate will support the Program Director
in the administration and execution of educational programs that
align with Vituitys commitment to excellence and collaborative care
delivery. This position offers the opportunity to impact healthcare
education and patient outcomes directly through innovative training
and leadership. Assist in the development and implementation of
curriculum and educational content for fellowship programs.
Coordinate with faculty and other healthcare professionals to
ensure program goals are met. Evaluate program effectiveness and
make recommendations for improvements. Facilitate the integration
of cutting-edge medical practices and technologies within the
curriculum. Support the recruitment, selection, and orientation of
fellows. Monitor and mentor fellows’ progress, providing feedback
and support as needed. Manage administrative tasks associated with
the program, including compliance with accreditation standards.
Organize and participate in program meetings and workshops. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent oral and written
communication abilities Proficient in curriculum development and
program evaluation Ability to collaborate effectively with a range
of healthcare professionals Knowledge of current healthcare
education standards and regulations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
Healthcare Management (e.g., FACHE) is preferred. Relevant teaching
or educational leadership credentials.
