Must have skills and knowledge to sustain and evaluate competence in the care of the age and type of patient population served. Qualifications & Skills Current California RN license with Nursing degree from accredited school, BLS certifications required and operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferred. Med Surg experience a must. Good oral and written communication skills required and demonstration of interpersonal relationships in a manner that enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development. Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully and respectfully with patients, residents, family members, staff, the general public and *governmental agency representatives. Basic computer skills required.
