Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Hanford, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,338 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 20 Weeks Start Date: 1/20/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Hanford, California, 93230! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: 2 years in specialty preferred License: Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice required Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) required Must-Have: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required Must-Have: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines. Utilizes critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment throughout the care process. Collects relevant data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation. Analyzes the assessment data in determining diagnosis and care issues. Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes. Implements the plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Evaluates progress toward attaining outcomes. Identifies outcomes for the patient or the patient’s situation. Collaborates with the team of patients, families, and healthcare providers in providing patient care in a safe and humane environment. Provides learning opportunities for patients, family members, and team members. Directly provides health information to patients, families, and the treatment team. Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care. Delegates appropriately and coordinates the duties of healthcare team members.
