The Opportunity Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Previous ED/UCC experience preferred. New grads welcome to apply. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. Vituity offers an internship program at all 4 Adventist Health Hospital locations for those inexperienced in Emergency Medicine. This Vituity internship/new grad training program is up to three months long and involves both clinical and didactic experiences to help focus on learning good, quality medicine, so you can be a safe and confident Advanced Provider. Current DEA, ACLS, PALS, and BLS are required. Current CA state license is a plus. H1-B/H1B Visa applicants are encouraged to apply. Annual volume of 45,000 with a 5% admit rate. Site utilizes PA/NP’s for Rapid Medical Evaluation® (RME) to reduce wait times and increase patient satisfaction. Previously granted Vituity’s Practice of the Year award.
