Job Description:
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and
compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in
Reedley, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
family medicine, a commitment to providing high-quality care, and a
passion for serving diverse patient populations. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all
ages, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease
management. - Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnose
illnesses, and develop personalized treatment plans. - Collaborate
with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and
holistic patient care. - Educate patients about health maintenance,
disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications. - Utilize
electronic medical records (EMR) to accurately document patient
encounters and maintain up-to-date medical records. - Participate
in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based
medical guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working
in a community health center or primary care setting. - Bilingual
proficiency in English and Spanish. - Demonstrated commitment to

city in Fresno County, situated about 25 miles southeast of Fresno,
along the Kings River. With a population of approximately 25,000
