This 156-bed department serves more than 300 patients a day, spanning all levels of acuity. As part of the only Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive burn center between Los Angeles and Sacramento, you will help lead care beyond the Central Valley.Your direct contribution to Community's mission is evident in how you coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.
