Quik Travel Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU -
Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hanford,
California. Job Description & Requirements
ICU Travel RN
--- Perform and document ongoing assessments, tests, and patient
response to procedural intervention.
--- Participate in coordination and education of patient needs with
patient care team, family, and patient.
--- Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient's medical
condition; implement and revise plan of care according to patient's
status.
--- Administer medications and treatments as ordered to assigned
patients.
--- If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert
appropriate team members.
--- Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
--- Availability to work the facility's required schedule.
--- Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely
manner.
--- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the
highest quality of patient care.
--- Also referred to as: intensive care unit nurse, critical care
nurse.
Job Requirements
--- 2 years of critical care experience as an ICU nurse
--- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
--- Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if
applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
--- BLS certification required
--- ACLS certification required
--- May require CCRN certification
