• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call
• Call schedule is 1:5
• Average of 20 - 25 patients per 8 hour shift in clinic & average of 6 deliveries per day in hospital
• Must meet minimum delivery history from experience or training in the last 2 yrs to obtain privilege
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
