Lead engineering design and analysis for varied public infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities systems. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government bodies to ensure all project requirements and regulatory compliance are met. Oversee the preparation of construction documents and support the bidding process. Conduct site inspections and coordinate with onsite constructors to provide technical direction and problem resolution. Engage in continuous professional development activities and stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Expertise in civil engineering principles, practices, and methods as applicable to public infrastructure. Proficient in CAD software and engineering design tools. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex engineering challenges.
