Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available in a K-12 school located in Chowchilla, CA,
offering opportunities for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists
(SLPs) specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services. This
role focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy to students
across various grade levels. Two additional full-time and part-time
SLP opportunities are open in nearby Madera, CA, each with distinct
responsibilities and caseloads: Position 1 (Full-time, 40
hours/week): Manage a preschool caseload of 48 students, including
27 in Special Day Classes (SDC) and 21 speech-only preschool
children. Conduct assessments, participate in Individualized
Education Program (IEP) meetings, and supervise a Speech-Language
Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Must provide a reference from a
California school district using SEIS within the last 1-2 years.
Must be prepared to lead high-priority assessments and IEP
meetings. Supervision of an SLPA is required. Position 2
(Part-time, 25 hours/week): Serve a caseload of approximately 25
students from transitional kindergarten through 2nd grade, with
15-20 speech-only students. Provide direct speech therapy services,
conduct evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings. Must provide
a reference from a California school district using SEIS within the
last 1-2 years. Qualifications: California state licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience in school-based speech
therapy and familiarity with SEIS documentation. Strong
communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within
educational settings. Ability to supervise and mentor
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants. Responsibilities: Deliver
teletherapy and/or onsite speech-language services tailored to
student needs. Perform comprehensive student assessments. Develop
and implement individualized treatment plans. Attend and contribute
to IEP meetings. Document services and outcomes in compliance with
school and state regulations. This role offers the chance to
