Job Description:
First Fidelity Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager will play a key role in expanding our
commercial clientele by offering bespoke financial advice and
products that align with their business goals. Manage and grow a
portfolio of commercial clients, providing financial solutions
based on comprehensive needs assessment. Develop new business
relationships through proactive networking and community
involvement. Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss
business performance, financial needs, and loan status. Collaborate
with internal teams such as credit and underwriting to ensure
smooth processing of financial applications. Prepare and present
credit proposals to the credit committee. Manage risks associated
with commercial banking activities, adhering to all legal and
regulatory requirements. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends
and shifts in the commercial banking landscape. Strong
understanding of commercial financial products and services
Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills Ability to
analyze financial statements and business forecasts Proficient in
risk management and industry compliance standards Capability to
work effectively within a team-oriented environment Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar, preferred Relevant
professional certifications in banking or finance considered an
asset
